Product Descriptions and Colours

We do our best to describe our products and shades accurately and take high-quality product pictures that require minimal editing. However, the shade you see on-screen will depend on your monitor, so we can not guarantee that these shades will look identical when you receive them. We've got further information about each of our products here.

Faulty Items

If any of our products are found to be defective, we'll gladly exchange the product. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please fill our Faulty and Damaged Goods report. This form must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order with photos or videos attached clearly showing the product.

Eligibility for product replacement/store credit for faulty or damaged goods is void if:

•   The product has been used.
•   Damage is due to fair wear and tear from use.
•   The product has been intentionally tampered with.
•   No photos or videos with evidence have accompanied your Faulty Or Damaged Goods Report.
•   The product was purchased from a third-party stockist

At the request of our investigations team, you may be required to ship the faulty product back to us for further investigation, with the original packaging at your cost.

Exchange and/or store credit for faulty goods are offered in case of manufacturing faults.

Our Stockists run their business separate to ours, so any products purchased from Fitcover.com cannot be returned/exchanged at our Stockists, and any items purchased from a Stockist may only be returned/exchanged from where you made your purchase.

NO WAY!! At Fitcover, we do not test on animals. All of our makeup and topical skincare products are also free of animal-derived ingredients, making them 100% cruelty-free.

However, our Pump-It-Up Collagen oral supplement is ethically sourced from high-quality, well-treated bovine cattle. We would love to provide you with vegan collagen, but plant sources are very limited and extremely costly to extract.

All of our products are free from any nasty chemicals and known irritants. We take your skin's health very seriously. Don't forget that our Founder, Nova Jane, started Fitcover because she had cystic acne and needed nourishing makeup for her breakouts.

Did you realise that our flagship product, the Active Mineral Powder Foundation, was initially developed to be safe and sweat-proof during exercise? It’s even been formulated to nourish irritated, sensitive, acne-prone skin that was previously aggravated by other makeup products during training.

We know what fitness addicts want AND need, and all of our products are developed with the same skin-loving goals in mind.

Although some sulphates/sulfates or parabens are safe to use within the recommended amount and are cheaper, we decided not to use them.

All of our products are free from additives that are known to be dangerous to humans with different health conditions, but we do recommend checking with your physician before starting any new products during pregnancy.
