Fitcover reserves the right to update or make any necessary revisions to these Terms and Conditions at any time. When there will be updates and changes on this webpage the “Last Updated” date, copied below, will be updated as well. Please review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from Fitcover.
By using these Sites, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions posted on the website at the time of your access. Please note Fitcover’s arbitration provision set forth which requires you to arbitrate any claims you may have against Fitcover. This means that you will not have, and you waive the right for a judge or jury to decide your claims.
Every material on or used in connection with our Sites, including but not limited to Fitcover’s name and logo, Sites designs, product images and descriptions, the look and feel of the Sites, button icons, images, audio clips, page headers, trademarks, content, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all used software belongs to or is licensed to Fitcover, and is protected by U.S. and international laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- reproduction of the materials on the Sites
- modification, transmission, display, distribution, republishing, or performance - without the prior written permission of Fitcover is strictly prohibited
- any data gathering and extraction tools on the Sites, like data mining, robots or the likes
- frame any portion of the Sites
- using any materials on the Sites in connection with any product or service that is not offered by Fitcover in any manner that will result or cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Fitcover
- Bypass or outwit any mechanisms imbedded in the Sites for preventing an unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the content or materials contained on the Sites.

As of February 3, 2019, Fitcover will not engage into any wholesale, dropshipping and stockist - small businesses agreements until further notice.
For businesses like Beauty Salons or Freelance Makeup Artists, Fitcover offers Trade Agreement, which is strictly a NO RESALE agreement. Use of the Sites
In using the Sites you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Termination of these Terms and Conditions may take effect and will be subject to corresponding state and federal penalties and other legal consequences if any of the foregoing will be violated. Fitcover shall have no obligation but reserve the right to conduct an investigation of the use of the Sites to verify if there’s a violation committed in this regard or if Fitcover will need to comply with any applicable law and regulation, legal process or government request.
Any drastic actions that shall cause damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Sites is strictly prohibited. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, user accounts, computer systems or networks, through hacking, password mining or any other means. Fitcover reserve the right to take any legal and technical remedies to prevent the violation of this provision and to enforce these terms.
Certain parts of the Sites will require a password to enter, particularly, a Fitcover Account. It is your sole responsibility to monitor all acts or omissions that occur on your account while your password is being used. If you believe your password or account has been compromised you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to access and disclose any information, including, without limitation, usernames of accounts and other information, to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests.
Errors and Inaccuracy
Fitcover reserves the right to apply any necessary corrections, changes or updates to any information on the Sites observed to have any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing and availability even after you have submitted an order.
While we do take extra effort in ensuring the information we provide on the Sites to be accurate, Fitcover reserve the right to make no warranties about the accuracy and reliability of the information, data or content on the Sites. The information, data and content provided on the Sites are for informational purposes only.
Use of Products and Services
The products, which include samples, materials and information presented by Fitcover on the Sites are intended to be used for personal, educational or informational purposes only. The statements made about the products and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease.
You shall always check the ingredients in the products to avoid potential adverse or allergic reactions. All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines. Fitcover always suggest performing a patch test before using the products to ensure there will be no adverse reactions in case you have any sensitivities or allergies.
These Sites are solely online stores for specialty beauty products and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have sensitivities or have medical conditions, please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the use of any goods, products or information received from the Sites before using or relying on them. Any and all medical questions, concerns and decisions regarding the possible treatment of any medical condition must be addressed by your physician or health care practitioner. Fitcover does not represent itself as a physician nor is this being implied. Fitcover cannot give any answers to medical related questions and these Sites do not replace any medical professional or medical resource. No prescription medications or medical treatments are intentionally provided on the Sites.
Fitcover products or services you purchase are strictly not for reselling. Violation of these terms and conditions may result in a cancellation or decrease in the quantity of any order to be fulfilled or products or services to be provided to you, with or without notice.
Colors and Shades
While Fitcover tried to accurately display the colors or shades of products, the actual colors or shades you see will depend on the device you are using to view the product and may not be accurate due to varying factors like screen resolution, device’s screen size, lighting etc.
Our Sites are freely accessed through different mobile devices. Please be aware of the normal rates and charges applied by your carrier in using or accessing our Sites on mobile.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fitcover (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees, contractors and third-party service providers), from all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, obligations and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of
(a) your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions;
(b) a breach of these Terms and Conditions;
(c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including, without limitation, any copyright, property or privacy right); or
(d) any claim that any content that you submitted to the Sites caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Sites.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions shall not be affected.

One-Time Payment vs Subscription/Recurring Order
Customers have an option to place an order as a one-time payment only OR sign up for a Subscription Term.
One-time payment is the normal way of placing an order. You pay for an order once and it will be delivered accordingly. No future charges will be incurred unless you place a new order in our website. Most discount codes or vouchers work in one-time payment orders as long as only 1 discount code is applied.
Subscription or Recurring Payment System allows for an automated order processing and order delivery on a timing preferred by the customer. The customer can choose to auto deliver every month, 2 months, 3 months or every 4 months. Most discount codes or vouchers from promotions most likely will not work in Subscription or Recurring Payment System except for the first order because there’s an automated discount applied on processed orders which is 15% discount starting on the 2nd processed recurring order and onward.
When placing an order, final Shipping & Discounts are calculated at checkout either in US or AU currency, depending on which website the order is placed at.
Regular Free Shipping is automatically applied to regular orders over $100 AUD or $70 USD. Free shipping may vary in occasions where Fitcover runs special promotions.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promos. Only 1 discount code can be used per order placed. Otherwise, it will result to an invalid discount code. Discount codes only work in one-time payment orders. It will show invalid or will cause an order error if the order is under a recurring or subscription type.

FREIGHT COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CUSTOMS CLEARANCES, TAXES OR DUTIES - Please ensure you know your country import rules and regulations regarding importing Fitcover goods for personal use. The majority of countries have no extra charges, but for some countries you will be liable for taxes and/or duties etc. Any costs incurred after dispatch of the order from our facility are at the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the goods are returned to us for any reason, including but not limited to, unpaid taxes and/or duties by the purchaser, you will incur a $15AUD fee from Fitcover to recoup the RTS (Return To Sender) fees PLUS a 10% re-stocking fee which is calculated on the RRP of the item/s you purchased.
Shipping Processing Time
We aim to ship orders out the same day if your order is placed prior to 12pm AEDT on a business day. If your order is placed on a non-business day or after 12pm your order will shipped out on the next business day. Processing time is in addition to the shipping times stated above. This may extend during weekends and after sale periods.
We are unable to deliver to Armed Forces addresses. Please provide complete shipping address as much as possible which should include a unit/house/apartment number, street address, city, province or region, zip code and country. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the details being entered on an order, the shipping address included, are accurate and correct. Fitcover will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect address due to failure to double check the address stated on the order being placed. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address on the submitted order. Changes to a shipping address can be done if the order still shows “Unfulfilled” Status in our records or if there’s no tracking number or information on the order yet. We will not be able to make any changes to an order that is already in “Fulfilled” status.
Changes or Corrections to a Submitted Order
Changes/updates or corrections to a submitted order, like a change in shipping address or correction/additional information or a change of shade, can still be accommodated if the order is still UNFULFILLED. If our record will shows a tracking number on it already, the order cannot be stopped anymore. Thus, the changes will no longer be applied.
Free shade matching service is offered to customers who are unsure of a shade. We ask for a couple photos taken in good natural lighting, without any makeup on and we do our best to recommend the best shade that will match based on the photos submitted. Due to factors like varying screen resolutions, camera quality, etc., Fitcover cannot guarantee the recommended shade is an accurate match.
Free Foundation Samples
Foundation Samples for Sale
We offer the foundation samples in packs for purchase at a very affordable price. The samples are shipped through Standard Delivery service with no tracking number. Estimated period of delivery is up to 3 weeks.
Foundation Samples Mini Jars/Ziplock Bags
The samples can come in ziplock bags or in mini jars. These samples were pre-packed and boxed randomly in a warehouse. Fitcover customer service or our Fulfillment service does not have the ability to make changes to a package for the purpose of changing the type of packaging the samples should come in every order placed or by individual request. We suggest checking out the video tutorials we have available should you need assistance on how to use the samples.
Foundation Samples Packed
The foundation sample pack included in the first order of a jar or foundation or of the Full Experience Kit comes in 3 different shades - a lighter shade, your chosen shade, a darker shade. We are unable to make any changes to the combination of shades in every order. For example, we cannot send 2 lighter shades then your chosen shade nor 2 darker shades and your chosen shade nor pick a totally different shade to come as a sample/s. The sample packs included in your order of your chosen shade of foundation have a corresponding sample pack that have been pre-packaged and automatically labeled a unique SKUs for inventory purposes.
Free Foundation Shade Exchange
Free Mineral Powder Foundation Exchange of Shade is offered to customers within 30 days from the date the order is received. The main jar of foundation must be returned back to Fitcover, UNOPENED and UNUSED, to be eligible for an exchange of shade.
The customer must:
- Fill out the Exchange Form online or email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Attach or email the tracking receipt to us so we can take note of how much you paid for returning the item to us. We give Store Credit to a maximum of $10 AUD or $7 USD for every approved Exchange Request.
Exchange of Other Fitcover Products
The ONLY item we accept to be returned for Exchange is our Fitcover Mineral Powder Foundation unless the item has been reported faulty or damaged in transit. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com to report such conditions for the corresponding course of actions.
Refund Requests for One-Time Payment Orders
Our Money-Back Guarantee covers Fitcover Mineral Powder Foundation ONLY. We cannot accept returns or refund for the Samples, Brush, Superfood HIIT Serum, Lash Mash Mascara and Brow Cushion due to hygiene reasons. The main jar of the foundation MUST BE UNOPENED and returned back to Fitcover to be approved for a refund. That is why the first order of the foundation or the kit comes with the Samples for testing purposes. If you’re unhappy after trying out the samples, please send an email to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out General Inquiry Contact form in our website if you intend to request for a refund. We appreciate your feedback letting us know your reason for refund so we can take note of it as we continuously improve our products and services. The refund request must be received within 30 days from the date the order is received.
Approved orders for refund will be refunded the cost of the product LESS postal/shipping fee. The postal/shipping fee is non-refundable unless the order has been requested to be canceled and has not been created a shipping label yet.
Full Experience Kit refund amount is calculated as half of the cost of the product LESS postal/shipping fee.
Cancellation of One-Time Payment Orders
Cancellation of orders can still be accommodated and processed IF the order still shows Unfulfilled status in our records. It means, the order has not been created a shipping label yet for delivery process. If a tracking number has been emailed to the customer or the order shows Fulfilled in our records, we are unable to stop the shipping process anymore. Therefore, we cannot cancel and refund the order as requested. If an order you intend to cancel cannot be cancelled anymore, we advise to:
- Reach out to Customer Service at email@example.com ASAP to express your intent to cancel the order
- Monitor the delivery progress based on the tracking number emailed to you
- When the parcel arrives and you are home to receive it, please advise the delivery personnel that you are “refusing” the parcel or “rejecting” the parcel so that they will just return the parcel back to us at no cost to you.
- When the parcel happened to have been delivered in your address already, please bring the parcel back to the post office and advise that you are “refusing” the parcel or “rejecting” the parcel
As soon as our Fulfillment warehouse notifies us of your returned parcel, that is the time we will be able to cancel the order and process the refund less shipping fee.
Cancellation of Order Under a Recurring or Subscription
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by contacting Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out a form at https://fitcover.com/pages/general-enquiry or by simply by logging on to your Fitcover Account and going through the Manage Subscription area.
